Romance at a mortuary? Of course that's quirky.

In Wake Bijou Phillips plays an emotionally detached 20-something who finds solace in attending random funerals. Things get complicated when she meets a grieving stranger, Ian Somerhalder (The Vampire Diaries), and she inadvertently befriends him. Sure, it's outlandish at times but that's part of its appeal.

Danny Masterson (That 70s Show) has some comical supporting scenes and when paired with soundtracks like "Say A Lot" by Buddy, "Hear Me Sing" by AM, and "Madman" by Coby Brown it's worth a watch.
