Only a brilliant show can make it to season 15.
I could go on and on about how ER amazed me. The dynamic characters, the excellent writing, the ground-breaking camera work, the action, the drama, the multiculturalism, the humor. It's all there and then some. The series finale was a complete masterpiece paying tribute to the past while leaving longtime fans satisfied with its subtle ending. I don't know if they will ever be another show poignant enough to make a run that long.
And the final scene...splendid. So long ER, we'll miss you!
What are some of your favorite ER moments? Characters?

You know, I've never sat down and watched an entire episode of this show, but perhaps I should start with the early season DVDs...
I'm with V-Knowledge. I barely saw the show during it's entire run. I do remember watching that one special stunt episode directed by Quintin Tarantino, but aside from that, that was about it I think.
I never had any interest in seeing a disease-of-the-week show. (The same reason why I've never seen House) Now when 24 goes off the air for good I'll be sorry to see it go. (like I was when The Shield finally ended it's run)
ER is totally awesome, start from the beginning, middle or end it's all good.
You know who I'd like to see in a movie: Michael Michele. I forgot which season she was in, but she was Dr. Benton's love interest. I haven't seen her in a film since "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days." Somebody cast her in a role, stat!
To be honest I wouldn't. I always get this aloof cold, distant persona from her like as if she's too good to talk to you. She doesn't seem very inviting.
